Dave Debol | Head Coach / Director of Hockey Operations

Dave is a St Clair Shores native and former professional hockey player having spent time in the NHL, CHL, WHA, and NLB in Switzerland. Before turning professional he had record setting seasons playing for the University of Michigan, where he was also chosen to play for team USA in the World Championships in 1977, 1978, and 1981. Throughout his coaching career he has coached at the University of Michigan-Dearborn as well as being a three time coach of the USA National University teams in 2007, 2009, and 2011. Dave currently owns and operates Hockey Masters skills training in the Ann Arbor area where he works with players individually in shooting and stick handling specific skills.

Brandon Contratto | General Manager / Associate Head Coach

Born and raised in West Bloomfield, Mi, Brandon played Jr A hockey in the NAHL for the Southern Minnesota Express before moving on to play college hockey at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. In 2011 he was selected to play for the USA National University team. Brandon continued his career after college playing professional hockey throughout the world including stops in the Czech Republic, Spain, and New Zealand before finishing his playing career in the Federal Hockey League. The last few seasons Brandon has spent coaching and managing in the Greater Metro Hockey League Tier 2 Jr A in Ontario, Canada.

Chris Haltinner | Assistant Coach / Goaltender Coach

Growing up in the metro Detroit area, Chris was a goalie at the premier AAA level for Honeybaked before moving on to play Jr hockey in Leamington, Ontario. Chris continued his career at the professional level with stints in the IHL for the Port Huron Icehawks and the Flint Generals. After retiring Chris took to the coaching ranks spending time at the University of Michigan-Dearborn eventually being named the Head Coach of the program, a title he still holds today. Chris works with many local goalies on an individual basis and also works with many teams as goalie coach, in addition to coaching the Compuware “03 AAA team.
